Commitment Ceremony

A Commitment Ceremony is perfect for those who are not legally permitted to marry. Or for couples who are just not quite ready to make it legal, but would still like to acknowledge their commitment to one another in front of family and friends.

There is no legal requirement for the ‘commitment ceremony’, you will however receive a commemorative certificate.

Renewal of Vows

A Renewal Ceremony is the perfect way to demonstrate your ongoing commitment, reflect on the journey you and your partner have made together so far, and share your dreams for the future in the company of family and friends.

There is no legal requirement for the ‘renewal of vows’, you will however receive a commemorative certificate.

Baby Naming Ceremonies | Leeanne Q Civil Celebrant, Melbourne

Naming Ceremony

Celebrate the arrival of your child with family and friends by formally introducing them with a Naming Ceremony. Suitable for newborns to any age, a naming ceremony is a joyful alternative to a traditional baptism.

There is no legal requirement with a Baby Naming, your baby will be presented with a ‘Naming Certificate’ and godparent and grandparent certificates are presented upon request.

Funerals

I know that funerals are such an incredibly difficult time for anyone. As a funeral celebrant, my compassion, my integrity, my understanding and my guidance are my promise to you. I will work closely with you to help create a service that is heartfelt, authentic and reflects the life and the essence of the loved one you have lost.

Why do you do what you do?

I do what I do because I honestly love people. I want to see people happy and I know if I deliver an authentic ceremony (wedding) or service (funeral) then I am making people happy.

What made you get into this business in the first place?

My background is with training and even then I loved the high when someone is taught something new and they just ‘get it’. It made them so proud of themselves and me so proud because I could teach them something new. It seemed a natural progression to transfer my love of delivery of accounting content to delivery of wedding or funeral content.

What part of your business are you most passionate about?

I am passionate about seeing my couples or families genuinely happy with what they have heard and how it was delivered from the heart. I am passionate about being trustworthy and people knowing they can rely on me and believe I will do what I say I will.

I am passionate about growing my business so that I can give as many couples / grieving families beautiful heartfelt ceremonies.

Why do clients choose you?

I like to think clients choose me because I am a happy, relaxed, open and honest person. I never hide anything and my demeanour is always as if I have known them all my life. I listen to what people have to say and I can then weave their words into a unique and authentic ceremony. In short I think people believe in me and one comment that I have heard a number of times is that couple’s feel like family when they meet me.
